| from the kitchen )are a garage and an equipped wine |
| cellar (sorry no wine!). |

| fireplace,TV video etc....Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher,washing machine,cooker,microwave etc ..) |
| FIRST LEVEL: bedroom with twin beds and bedroom |
with double bed. |

| UP TWO MORE STEPS:the terrace and summer |
| room .There is an electric barbecue for dinners |
| enjoying the sunsets across the Rhône Valley (the |
| house faces due west and there is an electrically |
| operated blind to protect you from the midday sun. |
| All the flights of stairs are easy to climb |
| we provide all household linen but we ask you to provide your own |
| beach/swimming towels |
| the house is heated for winter lets |
| the house is not suitable for children under the age of 12 |
